Smoked salmon pasta with avocado











During these hot summer days not everyone has a great appetite. Therefore it’s important to make something which tastes refreshingly good but has all the vitamins and macro’s for your health.

So that’s why I made this recipe, it has complex carbs, unsaturated fats and lot’s of protein!
The fruit adds a bit of extra crunch which tastes great along with the salty smoked salmon.


Pasta with smoked Salmon

Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 5 minutes
Cooling time 1 hour 30 minutes
Total Time 15 minutes
Servings 1 person


  • 70 grams whole grain spirelli
  • 100 grams smoked salmon
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 red apple
  • 1.5 tbsp yoghurt (natural or greek)
  • 1 tsp mayonaise
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • handful basil


  1. Cook the spirelli according to the package and allow to cool in the fridge

  2. Cut the smoked salmon, cut the avocado and slice the apple

  3. Mix the avocado and apple with the lemon juice, so the fruit doesn't turn brownish

  4. Mix the mayonaise and yoghurt and then add all the other ingredients, leave the spirelli for last. Season with salt and pepper to taste
