Pasta with ham and melon

Pasta with ham and melon is a great pasta dish to make during summer days. It’s again very simple and quick to make!

  • 60 grams farfalle
  • 1 tbps olive oil
  • 30 grams parmaham
  • 50 grams cherry tomatoes
  • 10-15 grams watercress
  • 100 grams cantaloupe
  • 1 handful chives
  • 10 grams feta or mozzarella


  1. Boil the pasta according to the package instructions, then drain

  2. Chop the cantaloupe in small cubes or break apart with a spoon

  3. Heat a little bit of the oil in a pan and fry the ham for a couple of minutes to make it crispy. In the meantime you can chop the chives.

  4. Remove the ham and add to the pasta

  5. Chop the tomatoes in half and add them to the pan for 3-4 minutes

  6. Remove and add them to the pasta along with the cantaloupe

  7. Add the rest of the olive oil to the pasta along with the chives, watercress and season with some extra salt and pepper to taste

  8. Crumble the feta over the pasta or add the mozzarella balls
