Bacon salad

Yeah I love me some bacon 🙂
I’m guessing you do too if you’re reading it, then else what are you even doing here? The title says bacon salad!

If you’ve followed any of my recipes you know they are super-easy to make and usually end up tasting really good. Because all the failed attempts I keep quiet about which is better for my ego.

So if you want to eat fast and good then this is for you!

Bacon salad

Prep Time 2 minutes
Cook Time 8 minutes
Total Time 10 minutes
Servings 1 person

Ingredients

  • 125 gram bacon cubes
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 orange
  • 1/2 tomato
  • 1/4th lime
  • bit of basil for decoration
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. fry the bacon cubes until they're crispy

  2. Meanwhile chop the avocado, orange and tomato. Pour over the juice of the lime, season with salt and pepper

  3. Add everything together

  4. Finished!
