Avocado pasta

Ah, I assume you like avocado and pasta because else you wouldn’t be here, right?
Well then you’ve come to the right place, because this isn’t some kind of clickbait but it’s actually a post about avocado pasta.

It’s again a super easy recipe and will be done in no time. Come check it out with me!

Avocado pasta

Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 10 minutes
Total Time 15 minutes
Servings 1 person


  • 70 gram wholegrain pasta
  • 0.5 avocado
  • 0.5 clove of garlic
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 handful basil leaves
  • salt and pepper
  • 50 grams bacon cubes
  • 1/4 th apple I used green but red is fine too
  • 1/4th tomato
  • 1 tsp olive oil


  1. Heat a skillet and when hot place in the bacon cubes until they're crispy. Meanwhile cook the spaghetti according to the package

  2. Meanwhile, in a blender blend the avocado, olive oil, garlic and about 3/4th of the basil leaves. Put in the lime juice and season with some salt and pepper

  3. Cut the apple and tomato in to small cubes. Also cut the rest of the basil leaves.

  4. Mix the bacon and spaghetti. Then mix the avocado sauce with part of the apples and tomato. Top the spaghetti mix the sauce. 
    Scatter the rest of the apple, tomato and left over basil around the plate

  5. Eat 🙂
